I had a peanut butter sandwich earlierthat day about 12:00pm. I had nothing else to eat prior to eating there in king of Prussia mall. I had burbon chicken with fried rice and broccoli. 3 hrs after eating my entire platter I felt really hot and nauseous. I had to pull over on the side of the road to vomit. All of what I ate came up, it felt like something was stuck in my throat. Following vomiting I had diarrhea for 3 days, upset stomach and cramping. The 4th day my stomach was still very upset. I continued to drink lots of water and broth because thats the only thing I could eat. Please follow up to do a inspection at this facility thank you. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I think the issue is the chicken too because my friend and I had the same tingling in the throat. my friend threw uo about 3 hours after eating and i threw up about 6 hours afterwards.
