- comments: must repair or replace leaky hot water faucet handle in men's toilet room.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings on top of cutting board on lower shelf at dry food storage in rear prep area,on floor under dry food storage shelving units,on lower shelving unit at dish storage and on floor in same area,on turned over lids underneath bins of clean utensils,on floor in between clutter in chemical storage closet,on prep table underneath toaster and microwave. Also. Appx. 30 or more live small flies on upper walls and ceilings in dish washing area,upper wires and ceiling in side hallway,mopsink area walls and ceiling and men's toilet room. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 10/24/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
