- comments: observed person in charge without city of chicago certified food managers certificate. Must provide.
2. City of chicago food service sanitation certificate
- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on site during time of inspection with valid original certificate posted while preparing and serving milk, chopped watermelon, cooked veggies, etc. Instructed to provide at least one cfm on site at all times while operating. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-012. Citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed not hot water at the following handsinks during time of inspection, they are as follows, men and women toilet rooms, twos 2 classrooms with shared toilet room attached to prep area, noted handsink temperatures between 70-72. 6f. Instructed person in charge that all handsinks must be at required temeperature of 100f-120f for proper handwashing. Must provide. Priority violation. #7-38-030 (c). Citation issued.
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed no thermometer inside of refrigerator in toddler classroom. Instructed to provide.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed mops stored inside of mop bucket. Instructed to remove and hang dry in order to prevent pest harborage.
