- comments: observed no hand washing sink in ice cream prep area, only utility sink connected to hose and back flow device. Washing hands in utility sink is prohibited. Instructed manager to install hand washing sink with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels in ice cream prep area. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) no citation issued

- comments: observed no covered receptacle inside lunchroom staff ladies washroom. All washrooms used by females must have a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Must provide.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors not clean of debris behind heavy equipment in lunchroom , ice cream room, and under shelves in dry storage room. Instructed to clean/maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: must provide adequate lighting inside walk in cooler.
