Child Sick After Beef Broth - Lay's, Budapest

My son (just turned 11 years) had the children’s menu. They brought a complimentary beef broth (soup) together with the chicken schnitzel we had ordered for him.8 hrs after eating he awoke at 04.00 and violently vomited through the night; 8 times and is now bringing up bile. He is exhausted and struggling to keep down an electrolyte rehydration solution. This is clearly food positioning and I suspect the beef broth (soup) to be the issue. All other food consumed during the day was the same as ours.
I’ve called the restaurant (09.40) who have asked me to call back at 12 when a manger is in!
My son is now very weak and will need to rest at least for the next 24hrs, maybe longer if we cannot keep fluids inside him. We fly home tmrw evening from our 3 day break in Budapest and thanks to this restaurant we have an ill son and a city break in which we’ve only been able to enjoy the city as a family for 1 of 3 days.
This restaurant needs to be notified formally and the broth making and storing procedure needs to be reviewed and the broth tested for pathogens. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bile
