Severe Illness Post Wings - Buffalo wild wings, Lake Forest California

My fiancé and I had an early dinner at the restaurant. We ate boneless wings, carrots, celery, ranch and blue cheese dressing, as well as fried shrimp. I had one Bloody Mary. A few hours later my stomach was upset. I tried to get to sleep but woke up with a diarrhea, vomiting, and sharp pains in my stomach. I couldn't keep anything down for hours and then became so dehydrated that I fainted two times at home and once on the way to the ER. I have never been this sick or been to the ER so it was a scary experience. I was given iv fluids and pain meds until I was stable enough to go home. It's been a couple of days and I'm still not feeling 100%. I can't believe this happened to me and that restaurants serve this kind of food. Hopefully it doesn't happen to others. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
