- comments: inadequate waste water disposal. Observed a clogged floor drain in rear area near the hot water tank. Drain has drain lines from the hot water tank and ice machine draining into it. Drain overflowing onto floor with clear water. Had water removed from floor by management. Instructed to have drain unclogged so that it drains properly. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) issued.

- comments: some light shields in need of cleaning to remove dust observed in kitchen area; instructed to clean and maintain. Clean floors in corner areas under around and behind equipment where needed.
