Report date: Feb 3, 20265. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed incomplete/no adequate supplies on site to properly clean up any vomit or diarrhea events that can potentially occur inside of the facility. Instructed to provide adequate supplies for vomit and diarrhea clean up. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: observed no handwashing signage at the hand wash sinks in the boys and girls washroom on the 2nd floor and in the teacher's lounge area. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed hand wash sinks not maintained with hot water in the all gender washroom (near kitchen area) where the water is not connected/working, in the girls washroom at 54f (near the kitchen area), in the boys washroom one sink is not connected/working and another sink at 57. 4f (near the kitchen area). Instructed that hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100f. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed facility cold holding unit at improper at 56f. Instructed to repair or replace for proper cold holding of 41f or below. Tagged unit. Priority violation. 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: observed no ambient air thermometers inside the reach in refrigerator and freezer unit in the teacher's lounge area. Instructed to provide.

- comments: observed mop stored improperly in the kitchen area in a position that does not allow proper drying. Instructed to store properly between usage.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed dust buildup on vents in washrooms thorughout the facility and missing light shields in the washrooms near the kitchen area. Instructed to clean vents and provide light shields/covers.
