I ordered the spaghetti plate special consisting of garden salad, garlic bread and pasta with meat sauce along with blueberry cobbler for desert. I took it home, consumed it immediately and within 90 minutes was overcome with nausea, vomiting and lastly diarrhea that continues now 15 hours later and has left me weak and unable to keep anything down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
