Located in Meyerland Plaza, I had a grilled chicken salad, no bacon, added spinach with romaine lettuce and honey mustard dressing. Very sick within a couple of hours, extreme nausea, dizziness, vomiting, weakness, joint pain, headache. Almost 24 hours later and I still feel awful, but I'm not vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Dizziness, Joint Pain
