I ordered a salad bowl with sweet barbacoa pork and all the regular toppings aside from the tortilla strips around 3 pm. An hour following finishing my meal I felt a lot of pressure building up in my stomach. This continued until I fell asleep while still feeling discomfort. I woke up at 1:40 am having to vomit while feeling sore throughout my entire body, then 20 minutes later it’s been followed by diarrhea occurring every 15 minutes or so. I have had to call out of work since I clock in at 4 am. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Soreness
