I stopped on my way home on Friday, June 28th. I ordered sweet pork enchiladas and ate them in the restaurant. They tasted off; I almost took them back up to the cook to ask if I was given the right meat. By Saturday morning, I had excruciating stomach pain, was nauseous and vomiting. By Saturday afternoon, I had diarrhea lasting for several days; now having blood in diarrhea, but feeling like I am finally getting the upper hand on it. I have been sick for 4 days so far and still not quite right., I was sick within 9 - 10 hours after eating the sweet pork enchiladas ala carte with lettuce and pico on top. I was the only customer in my party this day. Still sick. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
