Enchilada Meal Causes Illness

I had a steak and pollo Casado enchiladas, with rice and beans- half pinto half black beans for lunch. I didn’t really feel hungry for dinner but ate a bit. I had a few episodes of dizziness. Then I woke up at 2am with sharp stomach pains and I threw up. At 7am I still have stomach pains.
