- comments: observed inadequate hot water temperature (48. 7f-71. 0f) at the following handsinks: south side third floor girls and boys' restroom, south side second floor boys' restroom, south side first floor boys' restroom. Instructed person in charge that all hands must be maintained at a minimum of 100f. (proper hot water temperature is observed in the cafeteria and adjacent washrooms, alternative washrooms available on each floor) priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
