Spoiled milk and expired food given to patients/ residents multiple nights in a row. Caused food poisoning in frail patient who could have died from it easily. Food portions are below state nutrition requirements for care facilities as it is but food that is served is expired and inedible. Health department and senior care ombudsman needs to investigate immediately | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
