Listeria Suspected in Cheese - Casa Chapala, Bastrop Texas

4 years ago reported by user-jnzd8916 business

Casa Chapala, Walnut Street, Bastrop, TX, USA

1800 Walnut Street, Bastrop, 78602 Texas, United States

Feb 2nd, 2021, I believe it was the Mexican cheese in the Fiesta Taco Salad and Tortilla Soup from here. Listeriosis (Listeria monocytogenes) 2 people got sick. Gurgling stomach symptoms started within three hours of eating food and then turned into diarrhea quickly there after. I believe they might be using the Mexican cheese recalled by the FDA. My symptoms are in line with Listeriosis (Listeria Monocytogenes) and include: fever, severe diarrhea, extreme stomach pains, combined with increasing fatigue due to dehydration caused by severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
