- comments: observed no hand washing signage at the employee washroom. Instructed to provide hand washing signage for all hand washing sinks in the facility

- comments: observed tcs foods (cooked ground beef) held for over 24 hours with out discard dates. Instructed facility to provide discard date for any tcs foods held for over 24 hours. Priority foundation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no self closing device or spring on staff toilet room doors. Instructed to provide and maintain in good working order.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster full and trash and debris on ground around dumpster. And lots of trash inside facility since dumpster was full. Management instructed to clean and maintain the outside garbage area at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)(citation issued)
