Cereal Causes Severe Nausea - Cheerios, Jackson Tennessee

I bought a box of Honey Nut Cheerios from there on June 14th, had a bowl, and began feeling sick that evening. I thought maybe it was some leftover seafood at first, then by the weekend, I had decided it was my oat milk as I put it in my coffee and coffee was triggering my still lingering nausea. Sunday morning, I was better. I bought a new carton of oat milk and had a bowl of the same cereal roughly an hour ago and have been suffering horrible nausea and cramps since.

06/23 update: Symptoms this time are mild. Nausea and stomach cramps. Not crippling. Symptoms from the 14th-18th were stronger. Bed/bathroom ridden. Couldn't sleep at night because pain was so bad. Dehydrated because was too nauseous to drink. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration
