- comments: observed fountain drink dispenser with attached ice machine in front prep area with black and brown substance on interior ice bin surfaces and on ice, pink slime on ice chute and noted interior metal plate of ice bin with excess rust. Also noted a black and white substance on the interior surfaces of ice machine in rear prep area in direct contact with ice cubes stored at ice bin. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to deep clean, sanitize and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued

- comments: noted gap/whole between floor and baseboard in southwest washroom on the west wall near toilet. Instructed to repair and maintain.
