- comments: observed stock elevated on milk crates in the storage room. Instructed mamager to properly store dry good on shevling rack that are easily to clean and moniter underneat and behind

- comments: must detail clean the inside of all cabinets in the rear waitress stations.

- comments: must detail clean and maintain the floors, floor drains, walls and ceiling through out premises. Also keep floors dry as possible.
