- comments: observed an inadequate number of usable restrooms in the facility. Observed 1 usable restroom on site. The second restoom was used as a liquor storage room where cases of beer and a large beer cooler are stored making the restroom unusable. Must provide a total of 2 separate restrooms. No fewer than the minimum amount of restrooms required by law shall be provided. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
