July 10, 2017- my wife and I went to Chick-fil-A at 11 a.m. for an early lunch. She got a wrap with waffle fries and I had got a #1 chicken sandwich with waffle fries and lemonade. The only thing I had eaten in the morning was a bowl of cereal with milk. My wife and I usually share each other's food but for whatever reason today we did not. Then 4 hours later I started getting a really bad headache with the chills then stomach pain which felt like a bubble was right below my sternum. I started sweating like crazy and then began puking and spend all night on the bathroom floor. Had to take off work the next few days with stomach issues. I am for certain it was the Chick-fil-A that I'd eaten and I will never eat there again as long as I live, never, never, never again. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
