We ordered lunch around 1:30pm Thursday Oct 10th. They got mixed up and didn't bring our food out to curbside pick up for thirty min. I ordered a grilled chicken club with lettuce tomato and cheese and a side of mac and cheese. My kids had fried chicken nuggets and fries and a spicy chicken deluxe and fries. My husband had a regular fried chicken sandwich with pickle and fries. Around 4pm I started feeling really nauseous. By 6 to 6:30pm I was vomitting outside during a family photo shoot. We went back to the hotel and I tried to fitfully sleep off the nausea. Friday I was nauseous all day with a severe headache and couldn't eat. Saturday was somewhat better but Sunday was rough again with nausea and no appetite. Now on Monday I'm still struggling with no appetite and occasional nausea. No one else in my family of 5 has gotten sick. Im the only one who ate grilled chicken that day. My son shared my mac and cheese and did not get sick. It put a major damper on our entire family vacay. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Loss of Appetite
