Closure date: 08/20/21Cockroach infestation. The inspector saw numerous live and dead roaches throughout the back of the kitchen and in the janitorial room. Among the other violations, about 10 pounds of raw chicken was at unsafe temperatures in a reach-in cooler that was impounded for not keeping cold, and cooked french fries were in a warmer that needed repair to keep hot enough.
