Ate Chicken Tenders, fries, gravy, and roll on Monday (5/27). One chicken strip had a black vein that I assumed was dark meat. I felt abdominal pain within an hour and had a fever, dizziness, diarrhea, and whole body pains within 8 hours of the meal. I did not have any food 16 hours before the meal nor was I able to eat until 23-24 hours after the meal. Symptoms lingered into the next day and went away within 48 hours of consuming the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Body Ache
