April 30th around 1pm I had some chips & salsa and then home style chicken crispers with corn on the cob and French fries. Ranch dressing & chipotle dipping sauces. I went back to work after lunch and a couple hours later I felt Nauseous bought a coke and decided to head home. I just made it home to projectile vomiting along with diarrhea all night long. I can only keep a couple of sips of water down. I am very fatigued can't sleep and very uncomfortable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
