I ate a mixed meat Chicopee bowl, with beef and chicken, lettuce, cheese, and hot salsa. 3 hours after eating, I experienced servere stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting for about 8 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
