Steak Salad Illness Hospitalization - Chipotle,

On 12/17/15 I order the salad with steak, pico de gallo, lettuce, corn, cheese and rice. I also ordered a side of guacamole. I ate it at 1p. I went to bed at around 10p and at midnight woke up with horrible stomach pain and nausea. By 2:30am I had to get up because the nausea was getting worse and stomach pains. At 5am was when the diarrhea and vomiting started. It was going on every half hour until 9am. I got so dehydrated and lethargic I ended up in the hospital need 2 liters of fluid, anti nausea meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
