Birthday Meal Disaster - Chipotle, Secaucus New Jersey

Went to Chipotle for my birthday lunch. Had a Chicken Bowl with Lettuce, Tomato, Black Beans. Also had Guac and Chips. Medium Sauce. And a Fuze beverage. All tasted fine going down....but not so good when i saw it again- a second and third time.Went to be bed thinking all was well in the world. Woke up abruptly in the morning, and ran to the bathroom with stomach cramping and gas. Suddenly, the dam broke...and I was sick from both ends. Reeeeeeeeeally sick. So sick, my vision blurred. No joke.
For the next 15 hours, over and over, I experienced the joys of severe diarrhea and repeated vomiting and fever.
Finally, it subsided, but i was left dehydrated and exhausted. The only time I was remotely close to being that sick was when I had viral meningitis.
Thanks, Chipotle. This year's birthday was definitely memorable...won't soon forget it. Womp womp. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Dehydration, Blurry vision
