My 5yr old daughter had a bowl with beans and lettuce and few hours later was complaining of major stomach pain and immediately started vomiting. I ordered a brown rice bowl with chicken, both beans, sour cream, cheese, mild & medium salsa, lettuce. Ate around 7pm and started getting diarrhea symptoms around 8am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Birthday Meal Disaster
