Chicken Bowl Causes Hospitalization - Chipotle, Lynchburg Virginia

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, cheese, lettuce, and mild salsa. about 5 hours later I started having extreme nausea. I was up for about 6 hours vomiting and having diarrhea several times an hour and eventually got so dehydrated from not being able to hold down fluid I had to be taken to the hospital and put on an IV. I was sick for about 5 days after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
