I dined in around 9:00 on a Saturday night. I ordered the chicken bowl with brown rice, cheese, and Tomatillo-Green Chili salsa. At 3 a.m., I felt nauseous, off-and-on vomited, and had explosive diarrhea until I was able to fall asleep at 6. It's been nearly 15 hours later, and I'm still bedridden with an aching body and chills. My fiancé ordered the same thing but with a different salsa, and he has been fine. My guess is that the green salsa was the culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
