I got a sofritas bowl with brown rice, both beans, sour cream, and cheese for dinner. Within an hour I was having severe cramping and nausea. Couldn't sleep for 8 hours then the diarrhea and vomitting started. Hours later I still have diarrhea but the vomitting has subsided. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
