Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Purchased a chix burrito bowl with brown rice, tom salsa, cheese and lettuce. I noticed a few pieces of the chicken were undercooked so i removed all of the chix from the bowl. Several hours after eating the rest of the bowl i became very ill and had terrible stomach cramping for 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
