May 31, had a salad bowl with steak. After taking my second bite of lettuce noticed a gritting feeling in my mouth like eating dirt. Stopped eating after that and an hour later had severe diarrhea. Woke up several times in the middle of the night with same symptom, lost five pounds within 12 hours. Bed ridden for three days total, only only to eat four small meals in the last five days. Three of the four meals were fruit only and one meal of soup. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
