Visited this location on 12/19/2017 at 12:30noon ordered a chicken bowl with white rice corn tomatoes greenpeppers onions lettuce sourcream sat inside ate left about 1:35 or so to enjoy the habor attraction's rode the farris wheel around 2:30pm returned to chipotle to use the rest room an started to feel nauseous and chills with sweat breakouts got home around 4:30 really not well went to the doctor | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating
