11-18-21. I bought a chicken burrito yesterday at their national harbor restaurant. I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach cramp, diarrhea and vomiting. Next day and I'm still struggling with the symptoms. All this restaurants nedd need to be inspected, something it's not right.

Salad bowl no vinaigrette, with carnitas, brown rice, pinto beans, no salsa, guac, cheese, sour cream. A coke. (Fountain drink). Symptoms started about an hour later.

Visited this location on 12/19/2017 at 12:30noon ordered a chicken bowl with white rice corn tomatoes greenpeppers onions lettuce sourcream sat inside ate left about 1:35 or so to enjoy the habor attraction's rode the farris wheel around 2:30pm returned to chipotle to use the rest room…

i ate rice, steak, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. i was sick in about an hour and a half. vomiting, diarrhea, severe stomach cramps. vomiting and diarrhea lasted 3 days, stomach cramps have lasted almost 7 days
