Went to this location. Ordered a super green salad with mild sauce and chicken. The tomato’s and salad were old, causing me to have an intense migraine that ended in projectile vomit. Undigested and old lettuce are in my throw up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
