Went to this location. Ordered a super green salad with mild sauce and chicken. The tomato’s and salad were old, causing me to have an intense migraine that ended in projectile vomit. Undigested and old lettuce are in my throw up.

Nausea After Chicken Bowl

I ate yesterday afternoon (03/19/18) and started feeling sick about 6 hours later with nausea then diarrhea. It's the next morning and I'm still running to the bathroom and feeling horrible. I had a Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice, Black Beans, Red and Green Sauce, Corn, Cheese and Lettuce.

At lunch on November the 12. I had a burrito with just chicken, queso, and cheese and I’ve been sick for over 12 hours now
