Chicken burrito; white rice, salsa, cheese and sour cream. About an hour after finishing my food I knew something was not right. Horrible stomach pains, dizziness and the feeling of throwing up. The rest of the day I just continued to feel like total crap. I tired going to the bathroom several times but just felt constipated. Hours pass by and I still feel like vomiting and feverish. By the end of the day i forced myself to vomit - which made it me feel much better. But 3 days later I still feel nauseous and still have stomach pains. And I’m still not able to hold my food down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
