Had a burrito last night, finished about half. Double wrapped, honey chipotle chicken and sofritos, brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, lettuce, and cheese. Side of chips with guac and queso. Woke up feeling a bit feverish with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Cramps have gotten worse since getting up and may need to leave work early. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
