I had a bowl containing lettuce,cheese,black beans, rice & sofritas. I had a little bit of it at the mall and ate the rest when i got home. I started getting a headache and my stomach starting hurting so went to sleep and woke up at 3ish am throwing up it all. i never get sick from chipotle but i never wanna want eat there again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
