Severe food poisoning from here on 4/21/21. Chicken, rice, salsa, corn, lettuce burrito bowl. Nauseous, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, lethargy, headache, abdominal pain, chills and fever, lasting 4 days...the fever presented for 3 days at 100.3 to 100.8 I required IV fluids and anti-emetics from severe dehydration that resulted from my symptoms. Symptoms began several hours after eating food from here | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Fever
