Had a salad bowl with romaine lettuce, steak, pico, hot salsa and guacamole. Began feeling cold sweats about 4 hours later (hadn't eaten anything else between the chipotle and when symptoms started) and was running to the bathroom.. both vomiting and diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
