Birthday Ruined by Burrito - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Victorville California

I was headed up to Vegas from LA for my Birthday and dropped by Chipotle to get a quick meal around 1pm. I got a chicken burrito, brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, pico, guac and cheese. By the time we got to Vegas 3 hours later, things were not right. Tried to rest but continued to get worse. By the time we had dinner scheduled, I was in a bad place. I had to sit and watch my 7 friends enjoy a what I heard was an excellent meal while I went back and forth to the bathroom throwing up. Abdomen pain was horrible which soon turned into diarrhea. I gave up after dinner and tried to sleep as I went in and out of a fever. Fever was gone by the next day but the pains in my stomach remained for another 24 hours.
