Burrito Illness: Nausea, Vomiting - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York New York

On Thursday, March 15, 2018 I got two burritos from Chipotle on 110th street and Broadway in Manhattan. Both burritos contained brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions, tofu based sofritas, tomatoes(mild) and lettuce. I ate them around 1:30pm. Around 3pm I took a nap. When i awoke at 5:30pm I felt awful, experiencing stomach pain, nausea and a headache. My conditions remained the same and over the next day I vomited 7 times though very little came out each time as I nothing in my stomach. I haven't vomited since Friday afternoon but it is now after 7pm on Sunday and my symptoms have not improved. I feel warm with stomach pain and nausea as well as muscle cramping in my back and legs. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Cramps
