I went to chipotle on my lunch and got the chicken burrito no beans white rice chicken veggies and salsa sour cream and cheese. I also got a side of the salad dressing. I finished my lunch and went back to work and about 45 minutes later I was in the bathroom vomiting like crazy and had nausea probably about 20 to 30 minutes after eating. Major stomach pain before and even after vomiting. My boss sent me home it was so bad and I ended up passing out in exhaustion after the pain went away. the following day I still did not feel good. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
