On 8/2 I went on an evening date around 5:45 to Chipotle with my wife where I ate a steak burrito with pinto beans, pico, cheese, sour cream, and rice. Around 12:30am that night, I woke up with extreme naseau and gut wrenching pain in a cold sweat. I immediately went into the bathroom and for the next 20 mins or so hoped that I could throw it up and get it over with. Finally (I apologize for the details) I ended up having horrible dihereha. Like other commenters, it feels like something is writhing in your gut and it feels extremely nasty. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
