Bowl Triggers Severe Illness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Arlington Virginia

I had a bowl with brown rice, chicken, peppers, onions, tomatoes, green salsa and corn about 7PM. Felt off within 1/2 hour. Vomiting, diarrhea, cramps and fever started within the hour and lasted for the entire night. I'm on day 2 of bed rest. It was horrible!
