I had eaten a bowl around 7:00 pm on April 25th, 2017 with white rice, steak, hot salsa and cheese. Starting feeling stomach cramps (I'm a male) and not feeling the greatest. I laid on bed with chills and bad cramps just thinking I was gasy. I went and took tums and within about 15 minutes after I puke tums up and all my chipotle. I puked up whole chunks of steak and the salsa. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps, Chills
